W. Ben Utley was rated one of the “150 Best Financial Advisors for Doctors” in 2002 by Medical Economics Magazine. They compiled their initial list based upon reader recommendations of advisors they found to be knowledgeable about financial planning for physicians. We provided them an opportunity to request both favorable and unfavorable responses. They evaluated advisors based upon their credentials, education, experience, percentage of doctor clients and size of the investment firm. They also reviewed public documents from the advisor, including financial plans, regulatory filings and compensation models. We have reason to believe that the process was fair and accurate. We did not pay to be included in these ratings.

Physician Family may publish testimonials given by current clients. Clients were not compensated, nor are there material conflicts of interest that would affect these testimonials. They may not be representative of the experiences of other clients, and do not provide a guarantee of future performance success or similar services.

Physician Family may participate in various social media. We do not select, amend, delete or sort public comments posted on these sites except as necessary to protect certain personal identifiable information.
